聚氨酯/UP树脂互穿网络硬质泡沫塑料的研究
Physical and mechanical properties,such as density,curing shrinkage,expansion after absorbing water,flexural strength,flexural modulus,impact strength and thermal stability,were studied and compared with those of UP resin casting.
以不饱和聚酯树脂(UP树脂)为基体,以苎麻纤维布作增强材料,采用接触成型法制备复合材料,研究了苎麻布增强UP树脂复合材料的密度、线收缩率、吸水膨胀率等物理性能及弯曲强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度等力学性能,并利用STA、TG等技术对复合材料及纯UP树脂浇注体进行热分析,利用扫描电子显微镜研究复合材料的断裂界面。
Then,the effects of the treatment with coupling agents on the mechanical properties of Mg_2(OH)_2SO_4 whisker filled UP resin castings are studied and compared with those of pure UP resin castings.
实验结果表明,采用偶联剂处理晶须可改善其填充UP树脂浇注体的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲模量和冲击强度。
