Observation of the Effects of Dr. Zhang Zhongjing s Three Formulas on the Levels of Serum Procollagen Ⅲ, Hyaluronic Acid and Laminin in the Rats with Hepatic Fibrosis in Different Stages;
观察小柴胡汤、大黄虫丸、鳖甲煎丸对不同时期肝纤维化大鼠血清透明质酸 (hyaluranicAcid ,HA)、层粘蛋白 (Laminin ,LN)及血清Ⅲ型前胶原 (procollagenⅢ ,PcⅢ )影响 ;采用CCl4 肝纤维化模型 ,用放射免疫方法测血清PcⅢ、HA、LN含量 ,结果小柴胡汤预防及肝极轻度损伤时可显著降低血清LN、HA含量 ,示小柴胡汤治肝纤维化当早期用药 ;大黄虫丸对肝纤维化各期给药均可降低血清HA、LN、PcⅢ含量 ,示大黄虫丸对肝纤维化有治疗作用 ;鳖甲煎丸预防及治疗给药能降低血清HA含量 ,对LN、PcⅢ只在治疗用药时有作用 ,且大鼠整体状态差 ,示鳖甲煎丸对肝纤维化预防作用不佳 ,虽有治疗作用 ,但其攻逐伤正 ,临床应用当注意扶益正气。
