免耕栽植机关键部件及控制系统开发研究
To improve the detaching plug seedling rate and the dropping plug seedling accuracy of current plug-seedling transplanters, a detaching and dropping plug seedlings mechanism with straight movement and double stopping pin was developed based on the shape of plug seedlings.
为了提高现有钵苗栽植机分钵速度和落苗准确性,结合钵体形状特征研制了直动双挡销式分钵落苗装置;经过对钵苗栽植过程受力和运动特性的分析,确定了落苗装置工作的主要参数;经过试验发现,对于圆台形钵体的钵苗来说,不仅栽植速度有了很大提高(达到3株/s以上),而且对于带有较大残损的钵苗也具有很好的适应性。
