【Objective】 To investigate the change of these key enzymes,including ATP citrate lyase(ACL),glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),pyruvate kinase(PK),fatty acid synthetase(FAS) on rats fed with high fructose diet,and the pathogenesis of metabolic disturbance of glucose and triglyceride.
目的该实验研究以脂糖代谢途径为切入点,通过喂饲高果糖食饵造成大鼠高甘油三酯(TG)高血糖(GLU)血症模型,观察ATP-柠檬酸裂解酶(ACL)、3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(GAPDH)、丙酮酸激酶(PK)、丙酮酸(PYR)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)及胰岛素(Ins)等指标的变化,探讨果糖诱发大鼠高甘油三酯高血糖血症的发病机理。
