方法:将72例鼻息肉、鼻窦炎作鼻内窥镜手术的患儿随机分成A、B两组,A组用凡士林纱条填塞,B组选用美国施美德公司生产的Merocel高膨胀止血棉填塞鼻腔,观察A、B两组术后出血、头痛情况,鼻阻塞程度及溢泪等症状,术后48小时取出填塞物后鼻粘膜反应程度及出血情况。
