In this paper,the operating principle of ultrasonic motor using revolving mode in plane is presented.

阐述了面内旋转模态超声波电机的工作原理 ,针对面内旋转模态电机的特点 ,分别从陶瓷片的极化、工作界面的确定、振动模态的选择、定子的固定方式、预紧机构的设计几方面论述了电机设计过程中应当注意的问题。
