The feasible ways to improve the performance of anti-fouling for surface of polished tile were discussed and analyzed in this article,based on the mechanism of the anti-fouling from respects of production engineering and additive agents.
从瓷质抛光砖的制备烧结过程和抛光过程阐述了瓷质抛光砖表面普遍存在的抗污染性能差、防污时效短等缺陷产生的原因,并根据瓷质抛光砖表面防污原理从生产工艺到外加剂两方面分析了提高瓷质抛光砖表面防污性能的可行方案和措施,着重讨论了使用自制外加剂来提高瓷质抛光砖表面防污性能的作用机理、防污效果及其发展应用的前景和意义,通过显微照片的对比分析也说明该自制外加剂的使用不仅能提高瓷砖表面的抗污染性能,同时也提高了砖表面的视觉效果。
