分析了水力式流浆箱的作用机理及影响其稳定运行的各种干扰因素,给出了相应的解决方法:对进浆脉冲压力波动,采用脉冲衰减器来消除影响;对稳定浆料温度,建立起温度补偿控制系统;对影响纵向定量的总压控制,采用差压调节技术;而对横向定量分布的控制,采用稀释水调节技术,以满足定量要求。
