The paper then moves on to analyze the wireless frequency ownership legislative cases in different countries,then examines current related law system of our country,putting forward means to improve the Chinese wireless frequency ownership law system.
文章从我国电信重组和3G布局问题切入,分析了无线电频谱的特殊物理性质,从公法和私法的角度分别探讨无线电频谱的法律属性,得出无线电频谱是民法领域中狭义无形物的结论;并对各国无线电频谱所有权立法例进行分析,进而检讨我国目前的相关法律体系的不足,提出我国无线电频谱所有权法律制度的完善方向。
