We studied Cu-based amorphous alloy viscosity behavior, dynamic fragility, differential thermal analysis using DSC experiment samples Cu45Zr42.
本文采用铜模吹铸和单辊急冷技术制Cu基非晶合金组织;通过X射线衍射、热分析等手段测试了样品的结构特征以及晶化过程,得出了玻璃转变温度等特征参数;运用三点压弯式粘度仪测得了非晶合金样品在过冷液相区的粘度;研究了Cu基非晶合金的粘度行为、动力学脆性。
Furthermore,the relationships between the GFA and T_rg,ΔT_x,γ,γ_m,ΔT_rg,α,β,δ and φ,as well as the fragility of liquid could be explained reasonably based on our proposed ω_0 parameter.
进一步分析表明:新提出的ω0参数可以合理地解释过冷熔体的黏度、脆性、液相稳定性、热稳定性以及Trg、ΔTx、γ、γm、ΔTrg、α、β、δ和φ等参数与GFA的关系。
