In order to find the relationship between stability and specific conductivities of emulsions, a new concept of a incremental ratio of specific conductivity ( κ r) and a dynamic model of creaming process were proposed.
一方面 ,提出了增比电导率κr 新概念 ,给出了κr 及其随时间t的变化率(dκr/dt)与时间的关系曲线 ,并由dκr/dt~t曲线求得该曲线上的极值点tmax和 (dκr/dt) max,从而定量判断乳状液的稳定性 ;另一方面 ,从乳状液液滴的沉降、絮凝和聚并等不稳定因素出发提出了乳状液分层动力学模型 ,由此对κr 变化敏感区进行动力学分析 ,求得了乳状液分层速率常数 ,从而分析了乳状液的稳定性 。
