In order to improve the reliability of flash memory in handhold device, to prevent the flash memory destroyed damage which caused by the drop test shock, I try to use experiment method & variance analysis to study PF (Pad Finish) and SRO (Solder Resist Opening) parameters.
为提高使用于手持设备中闪存芯片的可靠性,防止跌落的冲击力对芯片的破坏性伤害,本文试图利用试验方法及数理统计分析法,对焊垫材料和开孔直径进行研究,通过考察累积故障百分比与跌落次数关系,为芯片制造商选择开孔直径和焊垫材料时提供有益的技术参考。
