On the basis of their spectral data(UV,IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR,EI MS and FD MS),amino acid analyses and chemical properties, they were identified as bufalin 3 succinoylarginine ester(Ⅰ),cinobufagin 3 succinoylarginine ester(Ⅱ), resibufogenin 3 succinoylarginine ester(Ⅲ),bufothionine(Ⅳ),lumichrome(Ⅴ).
