RESULTS Five alkaloids were isolated and identified as isorubijervine(Ⅰ),veratramine(Ⅱ),jervine(Ⅲ),veratroylzygadenine(Ⅳ),veratrosine(Ⅴ).
结果分离并鉴定了其中5个生物碱成分,分别是异红介藜芦碱(Ⅰ)、藜芦胺(Ⅱ)、介藜芦碱(Ⅲ)、藜芦酰棋盘花碱(Ⅳ)、藜芦托素(Ⅴ)。
Results Five alkaloids were isolated and identified as octacosanol(1),β-sitosterol(2),epi-rubijervine(3),daucosterol(4),jervine(5).
方法利用酸碱处理及硅胶柱色谱进行系统分离,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构;利用黄鸣龙反应还原主要成分介藜芦碱。
