A synthesis method of a new type PEG reagent was proposed,in which firstly new polyethylene glycd(PEG) acids with ω-amino acid tail were prepared,from two ω-amino acids and mPEG by steps of acylation,purification and hydrolyzation,subsequently the PEG acids were activated by NHS,which led to the production of PEG-BPA-NHS and PEG-GABA-NHS respectively(total yield 60%).
