Methods:In the experiments,three clean-up techniques of rabbit plasma samples(ion-pair extraction,solid-phase extraction and protein precipitation-dehydration method) were investigated and compared comprehensively,and protein precipitation-dehydration was chosen to pretreat plasma samples before HPLC analysis.
