The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:countercurrent extraction of 4 levels,pH 9 at 80 ℃,with 1︰30 as the original ratio of material to solvent,and 30 min,20 min,15 min or 10 min as extracting time in respective gradient level.
以水为提取剂对米糠黄酮逆流提取,研究了该工艺中影响黄酮提取率的主要因素,得出了合理的操作参数,即提取温度80℃,提取液pH 9,最初料液比1 g︰30 mL,提取时间逐级为30、20、15和10 min的4级逆流提取,此时黄酮的提取率及原料、溶剂的利用率均最高。
