A correlation of temperature and TAC (thermal accommodation coefficient) is developed using the experimental data for both monatomic and diatomic gases.
本文提供了一种计算分子流区辐射屏间剩余气体传热的计算方法,利用现有文献的试验数据拟合了低温下单/双原子的气体热适应系数,并在此基础上对高真空多层辐射屏内不同的剩余气体在70~300K范围内,分子流区的传热进行了计算及比较,最后简要说明了采用CO_2置换抽空的优越性,为低温容器制造中采用CO_2置换抽空提供了依据。
