生物质能源的利用是关系到可持续发展战略的重要课题,本文应用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了生物质的压缩成型过程及其内部温度场变化,分析得到生物质压缩过程的内部位移规律、应力应变规律以及摩擦应力分布,为生物质压缩成型机的研发和实际应用提供了必要的理论依据;并以玉米秸秆类生物质为原料,通过试验得到了成型工作压力、原料含水率和加热温度对成型块物理品质的影响规律,确定了生物质压缩成型机的最佳工作条件。
In this paper,the compressing test of the corn straw is completed under different granularity and pressure,and the test results are analyzed,which offers the reference for the choice of straw chopping equipment and development of compression forming equipment.
